Cancellation Policy
At Amazonia Clean Up, we strive to provide high-quality service and flexibility. To ensure efficient resource allocation and respect our cleaners' time, we have established the following cancellation policies:

Advance Cancellations: If a customer wishes to cancel or reschedule a service, they must notify Amazonia Clean Up at least 1 business day in advance. This allows us to reassign the resource to another customer and avoid losses.

Same-Day Cancellations: If the customer cancels the service on the same day it is scheduled, and the cleaner has already started heading to the location, an hour of the cleaner’s travel time will be charged. This is because the cleaner has already invested time and resources in reaching the location.

No-Show: If the customer does not show up at the scheduled location and the service has not been canceled in advance, 50% of the total service amount will be charged.
